Photo Editing
Combine Images & Watermark:
Use the guide How to Combine Images to create a panoramic image (see image at the bottom). You will use the 4 images below and follow the guide. After you have completed this, read the How to Add a Watermark and add your own watermark to your Panoramic. Name this file lastname+firstname+panaromic in JPEG file format and add this to your Photo Editing folder. Then read the Bitmap Vector Images file. |
|
Color Correct & Fixing:
Use the How to Correct Color to color correct the kitchen and archway photos here. Create color corrected and black and white versions of each. Save all 4 images in JPEG file format. Name each file lastname+firstname+colorcorrectBW1 (BW2, color1, or color2). Next adjust the image to improve the girl's skin problem and correct the baby's red eye problem. Use the How to Fix Images file to do this. Save the final image as a JPEG named lastname+firstname+fixedimage1 (or2). Then download the last image of London and fix the road so it doesn't have any pot holes or grates and move Big Ben over to the left like they did in the tutorial. Also edit for color and any other changes you think would improve the image. Save the image as lastname+firstname+london. Add all 7 files to your Photo Editing folder. |
|
Cropping/Resizing & Selection:
Use the How to Resize Crop to adjust the 3 flower images found here. Adjust the size resolutions on both and crop the images to center on 1 subject more closely. Change one to increased size and one to a decreased size. Rotate all images in some way. Save all images in a folder named lastname+firstname+cropping, name each file lastname+firstname+crop1 (or crop2). Next use the How to use Selection Tools file to adjust the Butterfly and the Lighthouse like they did in the guide. Save the Butterfly with new background color and save the lighthouse file as the 3 different versions you will create based on the guide. Save all the file images into Photo Editing folder and name them lastname+firstname+selection1 (selection2, selection3, or selection 4). Using How to Generate File Formats, choose 1 of the files you've edited and save as a TIFF, web, and print file named lastname+firstname+TIFF (web or print) and add them to your Photo Editing Folder. |
